Shay Isham is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004. He has extensive jury trial experience in criminal cases including murder, DWI, possession of controlled substances, sexual assault, indecency, burglary, and theft.

Mr. Isham attended Tarleton State University and Texas A&M University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. After graduation, he attended law school at the Oklahoma City University earning his Doctorate of Juris Prudence. Shay was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1996 and practice at Glasgow, Isham & Glasgow from 1996 to 2024 before opening his own firm.

Shay is a lifelong resident of Erath County and has practice law in the North Texas Central region his entire career. He has also been married for 30 years and is a father to 3 children.
